John Small is one of the most patient and knowledgeable men I know. His help was the epitome of what a realtor should be, patient and comforting he helped us every step of the way. I can only say that as a first-time homeowner, he was the best, he explained the process and did his best to accommodate our schedule and time frame. Courtney went above and beyond when helping us to find our family home here in Richmond. She met with me for a full day as I came from out of town and had chosen a variety of properties that all fit the bill for what we needed. After whittling my choices down to 3-4, she then met with our entire family the following weekend.
